What the click means
Early click
You’re letting go near the top.
Later click
You’re holding on longer into the downswing.
If it clicks near the top, you’re letting go too soon.
The problem it solves
Early release is hard to feel. It’s easy to hear.
If you’ve ever left the range thinking you swung hard and still hit it soft, this is usually why. ARC ONE clicks when you release so you can tell if it happened early or late — then adjust on the next swing.
Usual problem
It feels fast, then it’s gone
A lot of golfers unload early and never notice. The swing feels strong; the ball doesn’t.
With ARC ONE
You get a cue you can react to
The click tells you where the release happened, so the next swing isn’t a guess.
A simple 5-minute drill
See where you are now
Take a few easy swings and just listen. Don’t try to fix anything yet.
Work the click later
Slow the transition a bit. Keep going until the click sits closer to the bottom of the swing.
Take it to a club
Grab a normal club and make a few swings with that same feeling.
Go slow. You’re training timing, not speed.

Common questions
It clicks during a practice swing so you can hear when you’re releasing the club.
No. It’s meant for dry swings — at home, in the garage, or as a warm-up.
Yes, as long as you’ve got room to swing safely. Half swings are fine to start.
It collapses to about 15.3 inches, so most people just toss it in with the rest of their gear.
Want to try it?
If early release has been hard to feel, a click makes it a lot more obvious.
